AMHR CLUB SHOW July 23 & 24, 2010
1. This show is approved and sanctioned by the American Miniature Horse Registry, Morton, Ill. All horses entered must be registered by AMHR in order to show.
2. Show management and or the show Steward reserve the right to settle and determine all questions, differences and disputes arising out of or connected with an incident to the show within the boundaries of AMHR’s current rules, and to cancel or combine classes as needed.
3. All horses entered must have a current negative Coggins within 12 months and health papers signed by a certified vet within 30 days of the show date listing the above mentioned show.
4. Measuring will be Friday commencing at 1 p.m., Saturday and Sunday morning at 7 a.m.
5. Gelding status must be noted on the horse’s registration papers in order to show
6. Stalls will be available from Noon Friday and must be vacated by 10:00pm on Sunday. Anyone who wishes to arrive earlier or stay late must contact the Expo Center directly. Stalls will be $55 for the weekend. Shavings will be $6.50 per bag from the facility. All horses must have a stall. NO JUMP OUTS. NO nails/staples can be used on the stalls.
7. All dogs must be on a leash at all times.
8. NO SMOKING is allowed within the confines of the Minnesota Equestrian Center.
9. Parking: There are designated parking areas. After unloading vehicles and trailers, they must park in the designated area. No parking on the grass, near trash removal areas, near fire exits, main drive or directly north of the facility.
10. RV’s: Parking for RV’s is available for $50.00 each for the weekend. Please note on your entry form how many spaces are needed. A parking permit will be required and will be issued by the show office.
11. Concessions: On the show grounds.
12. Awards: Ribbons 1st – 6th place. Large Rosette Grand and Reserve. Large Rosette Supreme Halter.
13. Directions to the Equestrian Center: Conveniently located just 2 ½ miles from Hwy I-90. 24621 Gilmore Valley Rd., Winona, MN 55987. Take Winona exit 252. Follow Hwy 43 North approx. 1.5 miles. Take County Hwy 21 left (west) for approx. 1 mile. The Equestrian Center will be on your left.
14. Hotels with in 5 miles of the Equestrian Center: Our host hotel is the Days Inn of Winona – 507-454-6930 with discount on rooms . Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites – (507)453-0303. Riverport Inn & Suites – (507)452-0606. Quality Inn – (507)454-4390. Nichols Inn – (507)454-6066.
15. All Adds & Scratches MUST be made at least four classes previous and must have an Add & Scratch slip made out with the show management.
16. All Tack Changes must be made to the gate person or the show management at least two classes ahead.
17. The two minute gate call will be enforced. Class announcements to the barns are a courtesy. It is the responsibility of the exhibitors to be on time for classes.
Entries must be postmarked by July 15, 2010. Entries must include a copy of the horse’s registration papers, a current measurement card with in the last 60 days or a permanent card, and a copy of current Youth and Amateur cards. 1. This show is approved and sanctioned by the American Miniature Horse Association, Alvarado, Texas. All horses entered must be registered by AMHA in order to show.
2. All senior stallions are required to present a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection for Cryptorchidism to show management prior to the show.
3. AMHA judge’s evaluation reports will be available in the show office.
4. All amateur and youth MUST have a number in order to show. All amateur/youth numbers need to be sent with your entries. You may apply for and receive one from the show Manager at the show.
5. A protest committee reserves the right to settle and determine all questions, differences and disputes arising out of or connected with an incident to the show within the boundaries of AMHA’s current rules, and to cancel or combine classes as needed.

Stalls will be $55.00 “actual cost” for the weekend. Shavings will be $6.50 per bag, facility requires a minimum of 2 bags per stall, and more can be purchased if you like. All bedding MUST be purchased from the facility, NO EXCEPTIONS. All horses must have a stall. NO JUMP OUTS. NO nails/staples can be used on the stalls. **When entering, you must fill out fees schedule for each show, but stalls are one price for the weekend. You can fill out fees schedule for stalls on one but do not need to on the other.
